How do I register for this site?
Just click the Sign In link on the home page. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your name, email address and password .You will be all set with your Alma Mater account in less than 2 minutes!
I’m having trouble setting up my account?

Tell me about your products?
Our garment is 100% super combed cotton with fused rubber matte finish printing. The garment is washed with a "soft wash" which makes the garment very soft and comfortable and has a classic fit.
How do I buy the item I want?
- Browse through the website to find tees and sweatshirts of your school or college.
- Once you find the design in the size that you want, enter the quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’. This will add that item in that size to your shopping cart. This will be indicated by a message that will flash on your screen.
- You can add multiple items by just repeating the above procedure.
- Once you are done adding shopping, click on the ‘My Cart' on the right top corner to review the items you have selected.
- You then proceed to Shipping where you will have to enter the shipping details and confirm the order.
- In the last step, you proceed to Billing where you will have to select the mode of payment. Shipping charges will be included depending on the destination. For online payments, you will be taken to a secure bank interface where you can make the payment in a completely safe way. For Cash On Delivery (COD), the order will be sent to you and you will have to pay on receiving the item.
- You will receive an e-mail from us once your order is shipped. Once this is done, your order cannot be cancelled.

- Cash on Delivery: You can order the item and pay for it when it reaches you. A fixed fee of Rs. 30 is charged for this service, above cost and shipping charges.
Is the site secure?
We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and their credit card details, are well protected. You can be rest assured that any personal information given to us will never be disclosed to any third parties. Personal information and credit card details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to the payment gateway. We do not store any credit card details for security reasons.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, you can visit the Order History page in your profile. This will show you whether your order is pending or is dispatched. In case the status of the order says dispatched and you have not received it within 5 working days, please do let us know.
Can I pick up Alma Mater tees from a store somewhere?
In case you can’t wait for delivery, you can drop by to #56,4th, cross, 5th block, Koromangala and pick up any alma mater merchandise you like. Just give us a call before coming and we’ll make sure your order is ready to be picked up.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship all our orders through Aramex couriers. We ship orders to anywhere in India and to 72 countries across the world.

Please note that we said 5 working days. If you still haven’t received it then we apologize for the inconvenience. Please mail us at info@almamaterstore.in and we will ensure that it reaches you at the earliest.
Can I return my order if required?
If you don't like what you get, you can send it back to us and it will be replaced with any other design you want. If required, his needs to be done within 5 days of having received the order. Please do make sure that the piece is returned in the condition you received it in. Once the item has been used, it cannot be returned.
